The course itself was alright, I think. I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was, because the material was mostly fine. But when I had questions, getting help from the instructor felt kind of frustrating. I’d send something and then wait longer than I figured I would, and when replies came back, they were short. Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe it works better for people who don’t need much guidance, but I ended up feeling like I was mostly figuring things out on my own. Not a terrible course, just not quite the level of support I was hoping for.

It was okay overall, but I didn’t really feel like the value matched the price. I bought it after running a few errands and probably overthinking the purchase like I always do, and while it wasn’t bad, I just expected a bit more for what it cost.

I found this course helpful. The lessons were clear, easy to follow, and actually useful without feeling too dry or boring. Overall, I’m glad I took it.

I had a good experience with VanEd because I could log in whenever I had a little time, usually late at night after work when everything was finally quiet, and just knock out a lesson or two without feeling like I was trying to keep up with a strict class schedule or rushing through stuff before a deadline. The site was simple enough to use and I liked being able to go at my own pace. A few sections were kind of dry, but that’s not too surprising with this kind of coursework. Overall it was convenient, flexible, and worked well for my schedule, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I had a little issue getting into my course, nothing huge, but I reached out to VanEd support and they replied quickly. They got it sorted out without making it complicated or dragging things out, which I really appreciated

The site was simple enough, and fine it worked for what I needed.

The exam prep helped me review some of the material, so I’ll give it credit for that. But a few of the questions on the real test felt different from what I practiced, which was frustrating. I also didn’t love getting transferred around when I reached out for help, it made the whole thing feel less smooth than it should’ve been. Not terrible, but definitely could be better.

I used VanEd to finish up my course and get my certification, and overall it was a smooth experience. The lessons were easy enough to follow, and I really liked being able to pause and come back whenever I had time instead of feeling rushed.

A few sections did feel a little dragged out, so there were moments where I just wanted to get through them. But in the end, everything worked the way it was supposed to, I passed without much trouble, and I got my certificate after completing the course.
